The emphasis is on developing students’ ability to understand fundamental engineering principles, apply them to real-world problems, and use appropriate analytical and computational tools to develop effective solutions.

Teaching & Research Integration
A central aspect of my teaching is the integration of research with classroom and laboratory learning. Research-driven projects in biomass conversion, torrefaction, densification, pyrolysis, and sustainable energy provide practical contexts through which students can engage with engineering design, experimentation, materials characterisation, modelling, and technology development.
Student-Centred Learning
Teaching is structured to encourage analytical thinking, independent learning, technical communication, and practical problem-solving. Students are encouraged to move beyond theoretical understanding by applying engineering concepts to design challenges, computational problems, experiments, and emerging technological applications.
Academic Contribution
In addition to classroom teaching, I have contributed to academic administration and student development through roles, including Head of Research and Development, Assistant Program Director for Data Science, Employerbility Track Curriculum Development, Student Adviser, Examination Officer, and Project Coordinator.
